Purchase Order Terms & Conditions

All Purchase Orders for the sale of goods or services to Mallinckrodt are be governed by the applicable Terms and Conditions referenced in the Purchase Order and contained on this site, unless the purchase and sale of goods and services is governed by a separate written agreement between Mallinckrodt and the seller. All Purchase Order Terms and Conditions may be amended, altered, modified, or otherwise changed by Mallinckrodt in its sole discretion at any time and for any reason without prior notice. As such, it is advised that sellers consult the applicable Terms and Conditions regularly.

Supplier and Contractor Safety Guidelines

Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals expects all contractors and subcontractors working for and in our facilities to be in compliance with all applicable environmental health and safety rules and regulations. Mallinckrodt maintains a comprehensive environmental health and safety program that includes systems to protect our environment, as well as contractors, contingent workers and employees working at or for a Mallinckrodt facility.

Key components of the environmental health and safety program are:

  • Contractor selection and prequalification
  • Orientation
  • Pre-work planning
  • Other activities geared toward the protection of all parties

Site-specific procedures, training and sharing of pertinent information are critical to the ongoing effectiveness of the program. These include:

  • Contractor review/prequalification system
